What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 7-14 business days via our global courier partners.
Can I return a skateboard deck if I've already gripped it?
We only accept returns on decks that are in their original shrink-wrap and have not been gripped or assembled. Once a board is gripped or skated, it is no longer eligible for a return.
Do you restock limited edition apparel drops?
Most of our seasonal collections and artist collaborations are limited runs. Once they sell out, they are rarely restocked to maintain exclusivity for our community.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure and seamless checkout experience.
How can I track my delivery?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal.
What should I do if my hardware arrives damaged?
If your items arrive damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number to initiate a replacement.
