Phan is back delveing into the world of the Venezuelan Minitecas, a strain of mini/tiny soundsystems first found in Venezuela in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Minitecas would play a wide mix of genres such as Electro, New Wave, Miami Bass and Italo Disco and when played together would be represented by one simple word; 'Changa'.
